McCarthy Meet Chavez

Thousands of people who signed a petitions two years ago that forced a recall vote for Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez have been fired from government jobs, and others who signed the petition have been barred from government contracts. State-run companies employ about 20 percent of the nation's workforce.
