Floyd Abrams will be guest-blogging next week about his new book, 'The Soul of the First Amendment'

I'm delighted to report that Floyd Abrams—likely the top First Amendment lawyer of his generation—will be guest-blogging next week with material from his new book, "The Soul of the First Amendment" (Yale University Press, 2017). Abrams has argued many Supreme Court cases, from the Pentagon Papers case to Citizens United; and he has taught at Yale Law School, at Columbia Law School and for 15 years as the William J. Brennan Jr. visiting professor of First Amendment law at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Here's the publisher's summary:
