NPR's 'All Things Considered' on Facebook v. Vachani
As regular readers know, I recently helped file a petition for rehearing in Facebook v. Vachani, an important Ninth Circuit case on the scope of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
NPR's "All Things Considered" ran a story Wednesday about the case and how it evolved. You can listen to the story here (it's 7:31 long) and read a longer text version here. The link to the text version also has a link to the audio. NPR titles its story "The Man Who Stood Up To Facebook."
