White House Goes on Brief Lockdown over Fence-Jumper

Man apprehended. The president wasn't there.

A man with two bags tried to jump the fence outside the White House on Friday and was apprehended, a Secret Service spokesman told CNN.

According to Edwin Donovan of the Secret Service, police were heading to the White House to check the bag.
