MA City Councilman Pleads Guilty to Tipping Off Drug Dealers

PITTSFIELD—City Councilor Paul Capitanio pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of conspiracy to violate drug laws and accessory after the fact.

Capitanio, 57, is accused of tipping off dealers to police drug busts, according to court information.
