Documents Remain Under Wraps in Texas Corruption case

Two important documents in one of El Paso's public-corruption cases remain sealed even though U.S. District Judge Frank Montalvo said in December that there was "zero legal reason for sealing them" beyond the end of 2011.

In fact, the court transcript in which Montalvo made the statement was only unsealed on Tuesday.
