California, Here We Groan

Here's a Google compendium of reactions to last night's California gubernatorial debate. The most interesting story I've read so far is E! Online's, which takes political journalism to a whole new place.

I suspect that the debate won't seriously change the poll numbers for various candidates, most of whom acquitted themselves competently. Whether the debate will soften support for the recall of Gray Davis–currently about 55 percent want to fire the bastard from his phoney-baloney job–is anybody's guess.
