Seven-in-ten Americans favor the death penalty for the accused bomber of the Boston Marathon if he is tried and convicted, according to a poll released Wednesday.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, has been charged with bombing the marathon, killing three and wounding more than 250 and he could face the death penalty under the crimes he's been charged with.
