Brickbat: Officer Unfriendly
Former Kissimmee, Florida, police officer Andrew Baseggio was sentenced to nine months in jail, followed by 18 months of supervised probation, after pleading guilty to felony battery, witness tampering, and official misconduct in a 2023 excessive force case. Body camera footage showed Baseggio entering a home without a warrant, then kneeing a man in the face and tasing him. He also tried to cover up the incident and interfere with the subsequent internal affairs investigation.

Did this LEO think he was some sort of illegal alien rapefugee?
They need to come up with some type of system where a judge rubber stamps a post facto warrant, because all the rest seems like normal police work.
No dogs were shot.
The story neglects mentioning the massive payout this assclown cost the taxpayers of Kissimmee.
How are we going to hire police officers if they're not allowed to have any fun? Just look at the shortage of Catholic priests since they cracked down on pederasty.
I love it. A driveway strewn with debris. A firsthand witness of a battery against the elderly (warrant exception unlocked!) which the vic didn't deny. And the DEI Chief throws her guy under the bus by Monday Morning Quarterbacking the situation saying they should have magically divined there was a "mental health situation."
As if that makes a friggin' difference.
Clown world.
