Brickbat: Rapping His Knuckles

The Kansas Commission on Peace Officers' Standards and Training (CPOST) found that former Jackson County Sheriff's Office deputy Matthew Honas "used excessive force multiple times" on an autistic 12-year-old boy detained for trying to run away from foster care. Honas hogtied the boy. After placing the boy in his patrol car, Honas began pressing pressure points on the boy's jaw, which CPOST said "appeared to be of a punitive nature." He then used a Taser on the boy, who was still handcuffed and shackled. The CPOST report said the boy was not a threat to anyone. CPOST gave Honas a reprimand but declined to revoke his license. While Honas was fired from the sheriff's office, he remains eligible to work in law enforcement.

It seems law enforcement is a magnet for bullies. They can pick on people weaker than them with little repercussions.

It's almost like people are drawn to jobs that they're suited for, like people who like to cook are drawn toward chef's jobs, people who like to build stuff are drawn to construction jobs, embezzlers are drawn to banking jobs, or child molesters are drawn to teaching elementary school.
Your second two examples are laughably false.
If you’re going to make crap up, pick stuff that can’t be checked with a google search.
Lol.

Remember your training: It can be punitive, it just can't appear punitive.
So clever, so witty, as usual.
Reminds me of when I was walking towards a couple cops on the street and heard one of them tell the other "Tazers aren't for compliance!" There was a long pause as I walked past followed by them both bursting into laughter.
I’ll take “Things that never happened” for $600 Alex.
Get a grip.
