Brickbat: A Lesson in Ethics

In 2017, following the death of Philando Castile in a police shooting, then-Metropolitan State University Professor Pamela Fergus and her diversity and ethics class created "Philando Feeds The Children," a fundraising effort to pay off the school lunch debt of students in St. Paul, Minnesota, schools. The effort has raised some $200,000, but officials say just $80,000 of it has been donated to the school system. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has begun a civil enforcement action against Fergus for breach of charitable trust, deceptive solicitation of charitable contributions, failure to keep proper records as a soliciting charity and failure to register.

Most 'charities' spend little money on their so called agenda. That's why I only give to the Salvation Army.
So they've used 40% of their funds for their charitable activities. That's a better record than most national charities.
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has begun a civil enforcement action...
The party didn't get its cut.
That math pans. $80,000 for the school and $120,000 in wages and expenses (a.k.a. advertising and travel) seems par the course for most charities.
Thats the way charities like this work. They have to pay their employees somehow. If you dont like it, dont donate to them.
I seriously doubt 40% of that 40% donated to the "school system" has gone towards it's intended purpose.
Can't wait for his action against BLM and the whole pantheon of leftist organizations for which 40% is an excessive amount of non-overhead costs.
I expect this partisan shit from Ellison but I expect better from Charles.
Even at 40%, it's about 100% better than the Clinton Foundation.
>>Keith Ellison has begun a civil enforcement action
lol that's rich. send him some champagne, Fergus. Keith needs his taste.
Well, I dunno about that other stuff, but "failure to register" is a heinous crime.
If you are not paying taxes, at least help the government snoop.
Fools and their money...

Ethics lessons should be in every school. Because it is a philosophical discipline, the subjects of research of which are morality and ethics. By the way, when I was in college, we wrote essays on this topic and I was able to do the task well thanks to the help of essays on service wr1ter.com. In which the best experts are collected
