Brickbat: Peeping Toms

Police in Golden Valley, Minnesota, used drones to see if anyone was bathing nude or topless on a secluded beach on Twin Lake. Nude and topless sunbathing is illegal, but bathers have been stripping off at that beach for decades. Police Sgt. Randy Mahlen told a local TV station that using drones to police nude sunbathing is "no different than a surveillance camera in a public place for a high-crime area."

Topless sunbathing, at least, is no longer illegal unless all people are arrested and tried. The Supreme Court, while holding that men are women, also said if you sanction a woman for something that you do not sanction a man in the same circumstance, that is sex discrimination.

Careful, 'tops for everyone' solves the problem equally well and, IMO, carries that extra hit of oppression that petty tyrants seem to crave.
Related question(s): I'm not privy to the inner-workings of SCOTUS's self-induced retardation, if a man develops a visible erection in public, we charge him and the (nearest?) woman responsible for inducing said erection, right? Or do we start charging women with visibly erect nipples?

[U]sing drones to police nude sunbathing is "no different than a surveillance camera in a public place for a high-crime area."
What if the drone video is shown with a sound track in a darkened theater?
So you've been to Sgt Kaminski weekly "evidence" viewings
A theater showing nudies from a nude beach would quickly go bankrupt.
So if this went to trial could you blow up a picture of your dick for use as an exhibit?
Why would you need to photogenically enlarge your junk? Shouldn't it be visible from drone height? I don't understand.
A short fifteen minute walk from my old university was a nude beach. A few gawkers at the entrance, but the beach itself had sparse population. The perfect California beach. So I would go there between classes to sun and study. With my shorts on. It was clothing optional and I wasn't ogling or anything so it was cool with them.
I have no idea why people get so uptight about isolated nudity. It's not like they're strolling around downtown, or having sex on the beach or anything. Prudes gotta be prudes.
Is it non-prudish to be upset about non-isolated nudity?
The next day there were so many drones over the beach that they blocked out the sun.
A shotgun with a full choke and some #6 shot would be sufficient take care of the drones. Just take it out from an improvised blind and they'd never know what hit it.
"I'm Joe Biden and I approve this message."
I’m glad you suggested firing from a blind.
Because drones are legally classified as aircraft.
Interfering with drones is a serious federal offense.
South Park did it.

What if a nude woman identifies as a male?
From H.L. Mencken's Chrestomathy:
“Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy.”
I quit working at shoprite to work online and with a little effort I easily bring in around $45 to 85 per/h. Without a doubt, this is the easiest and most financially rewarding job I’ve ever had.URf I actually started 6 months ago and this has totally changed my life.
