Can psychedelics be used to treat depression, adjustment disorder? Or would it be worse for someone to try them in a depressive state of mind?

Micro-doses of LSD seem to show promise with things like that. If you are prone to anxiety or depression and aren't familiar with psychedelics, my main advice would be to make sure you are with someone who you trust and who has experience with psychedelics if you want to try anything yourself.

I'm familiar with people on the edge of psychosis who want to get into them but I tell them they shouldn't even be watching TV because they can't process stimuli.

There was a media dust-up here in Minneapolix when it was found out that EMTs encountering persons with even minor resistance, hostility, or paranoia would get a shot of ketamine!

The response teams said it works all of the time with no side-effects and is perfectly safe. The ant-drug warrior and homeless advocates claimed it was dangerous (calling it a date-rape drug).

Me and my crew were shocked that that was the way to get some ketamine (the preferred drug in my circles).

I think Reason had an article on this but I don't know of how it was resolved.

THC is still my preferred hallucinogen (it's a mild hallucinogen). I like it much more over LSD - which lasts too long - and others. It's the perfect drug.
