They say Italian films should be widely available, not just to those who pay for a particular streaming service. They also admit the bill is aimed at protecting cinemas.

Why are they trying to make everything worse? It reminds me of the war with Uber. They don't understand that we're living in the age of the new economy, so their decisions won't improve or change the current paradigm.
