They are there, and they are real. Why are there so-so many more men in jail for violent crimes than there are women? A 1,400% difference, says this article! Can anyone tell me, with a straight face, that this (men v/s women jailed) is strictly an environmental, social, cultural thing, and has nothing to do with biology or genetics? Come now! If a significant percentage of people really believed that, then there should be a huge hue and cry to release more men from jail, and jail more females, till it is all equal! Even without the SPECT data (sex/gender differences in brains manifest in the morphology) it's known that the answer is that their genetic sex and their psychological gender match up better than their conceptualized gender. Not only is it kinda the point, you can/they do witness shifts first hand as the result of hormone treatment.
