I have only looked at Zero Hedge's coverage of this linked by Drudge, but it definitely appears to be the same ridiculous oversampling of Democrats we saw during the election. Those who identify as Republicans are at recent highs, while the number of registered Democrats has dipped. The two are nearly even, yet they consistently poll 8% more Dems. There's no justification for it.

It's still not as bad as CNN's post-debate polls where like 60% of respondents were already Hillary supporters.

Most people in the individual market have been stuck with crappy insurance that they are even less likely to use than before. We had a qualifying event, so maybe I didn't look into it deep enough. I do know that it was impossible to get coverage that started before 2/1/17 because my insurance didn't end until 1/9/17, and they wouldn't overlap coverages.
