Harvey Saunders put a video camera on his dashboard after being hit with two parking fines he says he didn't deserve. He soon caught a Hull, England, parking warden moving a "No Parking" cone in front of his car and then writing him a ticket. Officials have since rescinded the fines.
Danesiah Neal, 13, said a police officer with the Fort Bend, Texas, school district told her she could face felony forgery charges after trying to pay for some chicken nuggets at school with a $2 bill from 1953. The officer apparently did not recognize the bill, and because of its age a counterfeit pen did not work on it. Cops eventually brought the bill to a bank, where someone confirmed it was real.
Officials in New Jersey say 7,827 criminal cases are now in question after a lab technician with the State Police was caught faking the result in a drug case. The technician, Kamalkant Shah, was suspended but never charged with any crime.
Norway's child protection agency took all five of Ruth and Marius Bodnariu's children away. None of the children had ever been injured, but the parents admitted they sometimes spank them. In Norway any corporal punishment, no matter how occasional or mild, is illegal.

But parents say at least 10 kids, between the ages of 8 amd 11, were arrested for not breaking up a fight that had happened off school grounds several days before.
German prosecutors have opened an investigation into TV host Jan Böhmermann for reading a satirical poem about Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his show. Böhmermann is accused of violating a German law against insulting foreign governments or their leaders.
The City Council of San Antonio on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza has prohibited people from drinking on the street. The move is aimed at deterring the public consumption of alcohol, but the ban applies to all liquids.
A 4-year-old boy from Alameda County, California, is among those suing to have their names removed from the federal government's terrorist watch list. The boy, identified in court papers only as Baby Doe, has been on the list at least since he was seven months old.
