Nick Gillespie Talking #Brexit on Fox Business's Kennedy Tonight at 8 P.M.

Why did the U.S. media act like the world was ending? And that #Brexit is really about domestic American politics?

|

I'll be on Fox Business' Kennedy show tonight, talking about the overreaction to the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union.

The show starts at 8 P.M. Eastern Time and is rerun at midnight too.

Other guests for the hour include Eboni K. Williams, Judge Andrew Napolitano, and Andy Levy.

  1. Why are we still talking about this?

    1. Our ancestors didn’t die face down in the muck for us to spend our time talking about the goddamn Limeys!

    2. Why are we still talking about this?

No topic has been fully addressed until “The Jacket” weighs in!

  2. California man out of element in Florida. Go back home ya pussy!

  3. Why are Missouri people so angry all the time.

    http://nbc4i.com/2016/06/28/po…..s-ketchup/

    1. Angry customers dragged a pregnant Wendy’s manager through the drive-thru window and beat her in the parking lot Monday afternoon.

It might make more sense if you watch the video

      WARNING =
      – Script-ridden local-news website
      – grainy video of a fat woman’s ass-crack
      – if you have sympathies for the victim, take note that she climbs out of the drive-thru window all by herself at the end to take the fight directly to her newfound-enemies.

    2. Have you ever been to Missouri?

Actually it’s not all bad, like the little town where Mark Twain hailed from. Granted, there was nobody there when I went.

      1. I was in KC when I was a kid. Got knocked out playing touch football in the street with a bunch of adults. Had to go to ER. Went to Royals-Pirates game. Overall not the worst vacation.

  4. Why did I decide to read a Bernie Sanders Op-Ed?

The very, very rich enjoy unimaginable luxury while billions of people endure abject poverty, unemployment, and inadequate health care, education, housing and drinking water.

In the last 15 years, nearly 60,000 factories in this country have closed, and more than 4.8 million well-paid manufacturing jobs have disappeared. Much of this is related to disastrous trade agreements that encourage corporations to move to low-wage countries.

So which is it, Bernie? Should we mourn for the 3rd world and their squalid living conditions and persistent unemployment? Or should we castigate US companies for providing jobs that move those selfsame people out of abject poverty because unionization and regulation drove them overseas?

    1. Bernie says we should shoot the annoying clouds who mock him.

      1. I really wish I could, but thanks to common sense gun control, only TOP MEN have access to scary weapons. You know, for my safety.

    2. “In the last 15 years, nearly 60,000 factories in this country have closed, and more than 4.8 million well-paid manufacturing jobs have disappeared. Much of this is related to disastrous trade agreements that encourage corporations to move to low-wage countries.”

And he wants to stop Trump?

    3. Wasn’t he still fighting for all the blacksmith jobs that were lost at the turn of the 20th century?

Or did he move on to fight for manufacturing jobs already?

      1. He’s going to bring Steel back to the midwest.

        1. He’s going to bring Steel Steal back to the midwest.

          FTFY.

        2. He wants to see American athanors lighting up the Midwest towns. Think of all the bellows operator jobs this would create.

    4. Link goes to something else.

    5. “Incredibly, the wealthiest 62 people on this planet own as much wealth as the bottom half of the world’s population ? around 3.6 billion people.”

What a fuckstick. I want to punch anyone comparing the net worth of “the bottom nth percentile” with anything. There’s a ton of Americans who live like kings compared to a wealthy Ethiopian but have a negative net worth because they borrowed money. By definition, in a world where lending is available one rich guy is going to have more wealth than a million debtors, and that’s GOOD Bernie. It’s GOOD because it means some fast food manager or garbageman or graphic designer can actually buy houses and cars and education without saving money until s/he’s 50 to do so.

  5. re: that picture

    Worst. Rock Band. Ever.

  6. Perfectly timed photo you will not believe! Kennedy’s mouth is open!

    1. I could put that to good use.

    2. I could put that to good use.

  7. IS everyone going to put the Turkish flag on their Facebook profiles now?

    1. That would be funny.

  8. Priceless! That moment when rubes discover that right-wing bullshitters are full of shit.

It’s a good time for a trip to London. I think I’ll bring the kiddos to the Globe.

  9. How can so many hipsters completely miss the irony of UK self-determination?
