Agents cited Kirk Reed, 41, and arrested Crystal Jones, 40, both from Baslie. Reed was cited for collecting frogs without a basic fishing license and selling frogs without a reptile and amphibian collector's license. Jones was arrested for possession of marijuana, illegal possession of prescription pills, illegal possession of tramadol pills, and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Agents received a tip that Reed was selling frogs on a social media site and set up a meeting through a confidential informant. Reed was attempting to sell the informant 20 cleaned frogs, but had none of the required licenses.

Police: Woman 'drop kicks' Kroger cake

The manager told police the customer "was not satisfied with the decoration on the cake so she went behind the bakery counter in an attempt to fix it herself," investigators said in a statement.

Employees warned the area was off-limits, which apparently prompted the woman enough for "her to take the cake to the front of the counter and 'drop kick' it," police said.

The kerfuffle "caused pieces of cake and frosting to be strewn about," police said.

Amazon is just beginning to use robots in its warehouses and they're already making a huge difference

The "click to ship" cycle used to be around 60-75 minutes when employees had manually to sift through the stacks, pick the product, pack it, and ship it. Now, robots handle the same job in 15 minutes, according to a Deutsche Bank note published Tuesday (June 14) based on Amazon's metrics.

These robots are not only more efficient but they also take up less space than their human counterparts. That means warehouse design can eventually be modified to have more shelf space and less wide aisles. At the end of the third quarter of 2015, Amazon was using 30,000 Kiva robots across 13 warehouses. Each Kiva-equipped warehouse can hold 50% more inventory per square foot than centers without robots. Jason Simpson lied about his whereabouts at the time of the murders. The cops assumed he was in the kitchen cooking, but employees told a PI that he actually closed the restaurant early, after Nicole Simpson cancelled her reservation to eat at Jason's restaurant the previous night.

He had an explosive temper and was known to lash out violently over perceived slights, and was on probation for attacking a previous employer with a knife. He was prescribed medication to control his psychotic episodes, but had stopped taking them shortly before the murders.

He was known to wear a knit cap like the one recovered from the scene, and one of the knives he was known to own would have been perfect for producing the injuries that Nicole had.

Goldman's injuries were consistent with a vicious and prolonged fight. He has a black belt in karate, and the injuries to his shoes and legs suggested that he had kicked his assailant several times. OJ lacked the injuries that such a fight would produce. The tissue under Nicole's fingernails points to someone other than OJ.

It's an interesting article, not a definitive proof, but raises questions that would have warranted investigation. Since the police never considered Jason a suspect, they didn't make any effort to exculpate/inculpate him.

Did a Defective Jeep Kill Anton Yelchin?

The Jeep was parked on a steep hill but found in neutral gear when he was discovered dead.

Considering recent recalls with Fiat Chrysler Automobile shifters, could a badly designed shifter have killed the 27 year old? And could this be the first death attributable to the design flaw?

FCA's Monostable shift lever acts unlike a traditional gear shifter. When it's shifted into park, the lever returns to the middle position, regardless of whether it was placed in park or not.

The design flaw prompted a recall that included 2014-15 Jeep Grand Cherokees as well as 2012-14 Dodge Chargers and Chrysler 300s as affected models. At the time of the recall, 121 accidents and 41 injuries were attributed to the flaw.
