I had thought about making a joke about how the club might cater to a particularlly effete clientele, but I sat and thought for a moment. When faced with a disparity in firepower, how many people will respond to the fight or flight response with fight? Especially when not particularly primed for a violent life and death struggle? I think the first reaction for many or all of the victims was "get out of here". What I want to know is how they ended up trapped in the building. A club holding at least a hundred and three people should have multiple exits, and with a single gunman, it'd be unlikely he could cover them all. How many got out? How many tried to escape but went the wrong direction and got shot?
