There are funerals and then there are public official funerals. The thing Obama is skipping isn't the personal family gets together to mourn funeral. This is the everyone shows respect to the power you had in life events. The more important you were, the more important people show up. Having the vice-president attend instead of the president is a perfectly acceptable display of respect, but having the vice-president attend because the president doesn't want to cancel his golf game really undercuts that display. If handled incorrectly as it was here, it is a snub, and you're going to piss off all of his friends (the other judges).

Also, I should note that for a purely ecig experience, I have enjoyed the V2cigs- specifically the v2 pro series 3 and it works great. The cartridges are ok and last about 1.5x as long as Vuse. The real downsides are: you puff more since the strength is about half; your battery goes out quicker (need two to rotate); there is no auto-disable so you will puff until the cart tastes like burnt sock.

I don't know if you figured this out with Vuse, but I realized after about a month that the vuse limits puffs, not duration. By that I mean if you inhale fully until the vuse stops generating vapor, you will get more puffs than if you just puff quickly on the cartridge.

Crap, I had a wisdom tooth out that was coming in at an angle and that's when I found out I had an adverse reaction to the narcotics - they work like speed on me. Imagine taking pep pills so you can enjoy all that pain at about 110 db. My sister has the same thing - she found out when she had her first kid. Nurses couldn't figure out why they'd given her enough to knock out a horse and she was still levitating out of the bed screaming at them to give her some damn meds.
