I don't think it's 100% coherent, and it's not at all my position. The incest thinking is that in most cases, incest is effectively rape. Especially since so many of those cases seem to involve pregnant minors. I am sympathetic to that idea.

As far as fatal abnormalities, it is a totally different argument, and I do think that even pro-life people can have a coherent pro-abortion position there. If you are talking about a fetus that is definitely going to die within hours, there is no life to protect. There is only a woman who can either terminate, or continue through an increasingly grotesque (and frequently dangerous) process.
