A CNN reporter who was recently suspended for two weeks for violating the network's editorial guidelines showed up in a new trove of State Department emails released on Tuesday in which she appears to have coordinated social media posts with a top Hillary Clinton State Department aide during the former secretary of state's Jan. 23, 2013 Senate testimony about the Benghazi attacks.

The emails, which were released to the website Gawker, show that Elise Labott, a foreign affairs reporter at CNN, took guidance from Clinton aide Philippe Reines by posting a tweet criticizing Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul for asking Clinton tough questions during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on the Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks.

Labott also coordinated with Reines to post a favorable quote from Clinton's testimony, which she gave just a week before she left office.

Indicted Chicago Cop Had 18 Prior Citizen Complaints

Once instance includes a black woman accusing Van Dyke of repeatedly directing racial slurs at her as police searched her apartment on Dec. 1, 2013, the Associated Press reported, citing records from the Independent Police Review Board. The board eventually concluded the woman was "invasive, disruptive and provocative such that her arrest also would've been justified had it occurred." The board concluded the officers' actions were justified.

A 34-year-old black man who was stopped on suspicion of drunken driving on March 19, 2011, accused Van dyke of choking him when he refused to spit out a cough drop. Later, Van Dyke allegedly bent the man's arm behind his back when he hesitated about taking a four breathalyzer test. The board concluded in that case there wasn't enough evidence to prove or disapprove the allegations against the officer.

An investigation into whether Van Dyke used excessive force in an April 6, 2008 incident concluded he didn't know how a 20-year-old black man sustained an injury to his eye. The man alleged that Van Dyke pointed a gun at him and a different officer kicked him in the eye as he lay on the ground. Van Dyke told investigators the man was stopped because he and other bystanders ran as police arrived.

In 1915, a 36-year old physicist named Albert Einstein published a paper on the theory of general relativity, which posits that gravity between objects is caused by curvatures in space and time (hence, "spacetime"). Nobody is looking to bomb Russian forces in Syria or take our their aircraft while in Syrian airspace, but deploying S-400 batteries means any aircraft operating at altitude within about 250 miles of them will be at risk of engagement.

This now means Russia has aircraft operating over all of Syria, southern Turkey, northern Jordan, Lebanon, northern Israel and the eastern Mediterranean under persist risk of engagement

No matter how you look at it, this scenario is not a good one for coalition aircraft that fly in Syrian airspace frequently. Having Russian fighters "protecting" their attack aircraft and S-400 surface-to-air missiles on a hair trigger could change the dynamic in Syria's already crowded and volatile airspace. Also, this incident has not been good for NATO-Russian relations to say the least, which are already in the gutter.

The crew of the AC-130 gunship was not properly briefed before their mission.
