Nineteen cops in Santa Monica responded to a 911 call about a burglary that was actually the lawful resident trying to get into her apartment after being locked out.
That's going to be a big beer summit.
Hi.
Hello.
She was probably hot and the cops texted each other to come check her out.
It is Santa Monica. They love black people there, just so long as they stay put south of the 10.
She knows that NOW....
Yeah, some hot chick in a bikini is trying to break into some apt.
Three comments at 4:32pm. Must be a record.
Listen guys, I've already been frisked nineteen times. Could you please take the handcuffs off?
My white neighbor who was looking out for my apartment is a cracker
Only a true racist would call the cops to protect his black neighbor's property if he thought there was a burglary taking place. I bet the guy has a closet full of white sheets and Hugo Boss.
He didn't know the person who lived there was black.
I would have guessed that a city the size of Santa Monica typically has about 12 officers on duty for each shift.
But nope, evidently they're staffed up enough to send 19 officers to a single call for a non violent property crime without leaving the rest of the city completely unguarded.
Note to self; do nothing if my black neighbor's house is apparently being robbed.
When I do my weekly breaking and entering to steal stuff from the less fortunate, I always bring a locksmith. There's no breaking; just entering.
This woman could be a criminal mastermind.
Good one, Ed.
Hopefully not yet for me... have seen 30% growth on my house in the 30 months I've owned it and need the bubble to stay inflated long enough for me to have an appraisal, which should adjust loan to value and enable me to buck PMI. Need them to hold off till 2016
You're in luck. It won't happen in December. Or in 2016.
European Vacation, 2050.
'Technically' Italy is over-represented.
Speaking of the Mona Lisa, I don't get all this 'give it back' business. Sure, where treasures were looted perhaps they should be returned on 'honorable' grounds but in the case of the ML, I always thought Da Vinci died with it on French soil. Besides, everyone knows it's Italian and part of their patrimony. At the very least, two countries share it. In any event, it all becomes exclusive domain of humanity anyway in my view. If it's returned it's strictly if France determines she belongs in Italy.
http://www.theguardian.com/fil.....turn-italy
Other than "DV was borned here in Italy", what case the do Italians have for demanding the art back?
Not only that but It was painted on Italian soil.
DaVinci didn't use an easel? This I did not know.
I'm pretty sure the Mona Lisa was painted on wood.
Yes. DiVinci died in France and the painting was given to a French Noble. Italy has as much claim on it as Germany has on the belongings of Einstein.
Italians think they own the concept of "best pizza", but we all know that isn't true either. Right, Rufus?
/narrows gaze.
At the time Da Vinci died the area we now call Italy was a bunch of independent city states. How can current day Italy lay claim to an object that has been outside its borders for centuries before it even existed?
I think some of the silliest are Spain trying to claim the treasure from shipwrecks. Not only does it ignore long established maritime salvage laws, a lot of that gold was looted by Spain and Spain has been ruled by a whole bunch of different regimes since then.
I think that most "give it back" business is pretty stupid. Yeah, some stuff was looted, and it would probably be appropriate for some things to be returned. Maybe the big pieces of the Acropolis that the Brits took and some things like that. But when it comes to things like ancient Egyptian artifacts, I really don't see how modern Egyptians have any more claim to that cultural history than anyone else.
I like Mohammed in lederhosen!

So Greece stays the same huh?
"running of the goats"- that's good wholesome humor there. Thank you.
Should have gone the whole hog (haram!) and gone with "Running of the Camels."
Kasich's Department of Values
http://hotair.com/archives/201.....an-values/
And which values would those be? OT? NT? Calvinist? Kabbalah?
Wasn't there an H&R post about it this morning?
Prolly. I was hard at work.
Nobody reads those.
Good grief, what an idiot. That is all I ever hear from people who know him. He is a dunce.
Kasich is fucking joke. Looking at his face I can just tell there is as much sentience lurking under the surface as that of a retarded person in a coma.
Are you sure you aren't thinking of Dennis Kucinich?
/so proud to be from Ohio
//seriously, Ohio is a great place to be from
///the fromer, the better
From what I've heard, Kucinich is very nice and pretty sharp. But also insane.
Like Ted Cruz (except for the nice part).
Give it a catchy name like "Agency for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice".
ISIS, meanwhile, released a photo it says depicts the bomb used to down a Russian airliner over Egypt.
At least they didn't use Four Loco?
They're not that evil.
I was fully expecting a Brawndo can.
That just seems . . . really small. Are explosives that powerful/airliners that fragile?
I think airliners are pretty fragile, so it doesn't take much. Especially if the aircraft is pressurized.
From the inside, yes. A blast confined to a pressurized cabin will burst the fuselage, which usually means that the plane will break apart when flying at cruising speed/altitude.
Externally, not so much.
When the Korean Air 747 was shot down by Russian fighters, it flew for 20 minutes after the explosion as the pilots tried in vain to regain control of the aircraft. The missile that scored the direct hit was dozens or even hundreds of times more powerful than the bomb used in Lockerbie, which blew the plane apart in mid-air.
I thought that luggage compartments were reinforced so that bombs would not tear them apart?
El Al is the only commercial airline that armors the cargo hold of its aircraft, which they've been doing since the 1970s. It adds tens of thousands of pounds of extra weight to the plane, so the operating costs are extremely high. As a frequent target of terrorist attacks, El Al believes that the extra cost is worth it, other airlines don't.
They're testing something new that might be a game changer..
It depends upon where the bomb was. Place it right and the air can rip parts off of a plane going at 400 mph.
The Lockerbie bomb (mockup) was a bit larger than a cassette tape ? it was hidden where the cassette would go in a Toshiba Bombeat SF16.
Typical Euro soft drink can is 330 ml. Plastic explosive is usually a combination of PETN, 1.77 g/cc and RDX 1.83 g/cc. Call it 1.8 g/cc. Assume 90 percent of the can is filled with the main charge, with the rest taken up with the detonator/primary charge, wires, etc... I get about 530 g, or a bit over 1 pound of explosive. Both have relative effectivenesses compared to TNT in the 1.6-1.65 range, or 1 pound of them makes the same boom as 1.65 pounds of TNT.
So, you're looking at a bit over a pound and a half of TNT. Or, roughly what the bursting charge in an 81mm HE mortar shell is. You're not going to get the frag effects from a soft drink can, that you would from a steel cased shell, but it should still do a number on the airframe, and it looks like it blew part of the tail off. FWIW, the US Army thinks the diameter of the lethal bursting circle for an 81mm shell is about 35 meters across. It's a big boom.
The government of Malaysia condemned the beheading of a citizen kidnapped in the Philippines, calling on authorities in that country to punish the kidnappers.
Wow. Really sticking their necks out, huh.
No doubt the Malaysian government has been condemning the PI government for years for its ongoing fight against these same Muslims.
Oh bitter Irony.
*note to readers. I have no idea if the beheaders are Muslim extremists, but that is usually the case in the south PI.
The Federal Reserve may raise interest rates in December.
The Federal Reserve may *not* raise interest rates in December. Please, just stop with this BS "news".
Indeed. Remember, the following two sentences mean exactly the same thing:
The Federal Reserve may raise interest rates in December.
The Federal Reserve may or may not raise interest rates in December.
The word "may", when used to indicate probability rather than capability, is close to a semantic null.
And monkeys might fly out of my butt!
...which grants authorities more power to conduct surveillance, raids and searches, to order people to remain under house arrest, and to place soldiers in the streets.
What's French for shelter in place?

Foutre vous c'est pourquoi.
Has anybody gotten an email yet from somebody looking to get that $2bn meant for fighting Boko Haram out of Nigeria?
Yeah, and I already answered it, so back off, Ted!
Tough shit, Dean. I already wired him the 10k needed for his lawyer fees to free up the 2 billion which will then be paid into my account. It's mine.
Loser! I only paid $6k.
Officials at Yellowstone National Park want to kill 1,000 bison this year, mostly females ands calves.
I guess that's the downside to "women and children first".
Sounds like a lot of tasty burgers.
Mr. William Cody, call your office.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) proposes-
Stop right there.
Who's the lucky guy?
I wanna know right now
Before you go any further
STOP!
in the name of love...
He's marrying Meatloaf?
If you were ISIS would you post a picture of the actual bomb or something meant to misdirect future bomb searches or to cause false positives in security checks?
A good point.
Get that man a "Special Agent" badge!
I'm just glad it wasn't Canada Dry.
Seagram's or GTFO.
Officials at Yellowstone National Park want to kill 1,000 bison this year, mostly females ands calves.
Extra S. "ands."
It would be cheaper to wait for the caldera to blow and kill *all* the bison.
They're now busy giving each other names
Why ams yous makings a big deals overs the typoses, Toki?
The reason I point out typos is that the typos make us all look bad. I don't want to give our enemies any ammunition to complain about illiterate libertarians.
John typos not withstanding.
You do know many of us post while drinking? ( Opens another stout )
"PPPPHHHHHHTTTTT!"
Ah!
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) proposes an authorization for the use of military force against ISIS that would not be limited by space or time. ISIS, meanwhile, released a photo it says depicts the bomb used to down a Russian airliner over Egypt.
The thousand year AUMF.
"would not be limited by space or time" isn't the half of it. Wouldn't be limited by law or constitutions, laws of physics or mathematics or economics, common sense or a sense of decency, the bounds of sanity or reason...... But then, I suppose Graham has some delusion that it would be President Lindsey Graham on the business end of that AUMF.
Sounds like Obama and Bernie.
Dartmouth Administrator Sides With #BlackLivesMatter Protesters Who Disrupted Library
Vice provost for student affairs Inge-Lise Ameer "apologized to students who engaged in the protest for the negative responses and media coverage that they have received." "There's a whole conservative world out there that's not being very nice," Ameer said.
"Fuck you and your comfort!"
(Sorry if this was covered earlier.)
She noted that no students had filed any complaints about violence, saying it was nothing more than a "peaceful meeting" turned "political protest."
You mean students didn't want to lodge complaints against an irrational mob that already engaged in physical confrontations? No shit.
"SHHHH!!"
"She noted that no students had filed any complaints about violence, saying it was nothing more than a "peaceful meeting" turned "political protest."
Maybe because the students who were the recipients of the hate speech aren't cry baby SJW's
Finally a proper example of having your cake and eating it too.
OMG, that woman is an idiot. It's not her place to apologize for others. Vice provost for Student Affairs Tonio would say "harden the fuck up, kids."
She's virtue-signalling.
Or moral preening.
She's trying to keep her job after seeing what happens to administrators who don't toe the party lion.
We tow the lion around here.
Every time someone mentions "Tow the Lion", I hear this:
https://youtu.be/Cv3WB2loIA4
Ooh, maybe's she's looking to advance to full provost (or whatever is her boss's title) through the power of the mob. If she has any style, next staff meeting, students bust in and tell the assembled administrators "Break up, the guard is tired."
Vice Provost Dean would be busy signing expulsion letters.
Just to be a prick, I'd probably give them a pro-rated refund for the rest of the semester, too.
"That was the last anyone heard of Dean Dean."
You seem to be assuming administrators do anything other than greet this with open arms.
Why would they?
Do you think it's going to diminish administrative budgets or increase them?
Do you think it's going to diminish their power vis-a-vis their colleagues on the faculty or that it will enhance it?
Husband's name Abdullah Bulbul?
Nineteen cops in Santa Monica responded to a 911 call about a burglary that was actually the lawful resident trying to get into her apartment after being locked out.
How will those poor cops survive without asset forfeiture $$??
They survive on 6 figure salaries plus bennies, a 3 day work week, and a retirement with 3% at 50 pension and lifetime medical.
Oh, and not having to do any actual police work.
How did he plan to get the money out of the country?
He's going to use the bank accounts of elderly women in the United States for a ten percent fee.

I remember years back some dude electronically stole 100b. What an idiot. You can't hide something like that. You take 100m and disappear. You can't hide that much damn money. Of course they caught the stupid fucker.
You take 100m and disappear.
Even $100mm is too much.
Probably $10mm, used to buy untracable hard assets (diamonds and gold/platinum), is your upper limit before it starts getting really hard to keep it invisible.
Far right mayor refuses Syrian refugees, praises FDR's internment of Japanese citizens during WWII
Wait, that's a Democrat who's part of Hillary Clinton's leadership council. My bad.
I saw a commercial last night for a Broadway musical about the Japanese internment. No, it wasn't called "Springtime for Korematsu".
But that plastic surgery did wonders for his complexion.
Speaking of pants shitting, has anyone read that letter from the Yale president in response to the protest malarkey?
http://news.yahoo.com/heres-le.....33806.html
"Here kids, have a zillion dollars for a diversity initiative and multidisciplinary center. Don't hurt me."
Pathetic. When I saw that video of that bitch screaming at the dean, I really thought the best thing he could have done would have been to bitch slapped her. I don't mean hurt her but just given her a really good bitch slap.
I don't normally condone violence that is not done in self defense but that guy owed her the duty as an educator to teach her that actions have consequences. Clearly that woman had never been told no in her life and has no idea that she might owe anyone even the most basic respect. You would think that she would have learned by the age of six or so that running up and yelling obscenities at someone is inviting a fist fight. But her parents had clearly failed her.
If he had slapped her she would have been shocked and considered herself a victim but she would have received more education in that one moment than she clearly had in her entire time at Yale. She would have if nothing else finally understood that her actions have consistences and that though she may not think she owes people any respect or common courtesy it is in her own self interest to give them such.

Meet the un pajama boy. And enjoy the side boob on the woman he saved as a extra bonus.
Ludovic Boumbas, known locally as Ludo, died after he threw himself in front of a girl in the caf? as a shower of bullets rained down on the unsuspecting customers
So much for a happy story.
It is a very sad story but the guy deserves respect. And we are all going to die some day. I doubt my death will be anything like that noble.
And there side boob is really good. So there is that.
And this on the same page.
That is really disturbing.
That's a guy worthy of hero worship.
A genuine hero. No question.
Dammit, John, that was a nutpunch.
If I ever have to die to save someone, I hope she has a rack half as good as that French woman does.
If it's half as good, it'll be non-existent.
John, it is well known around these parts that you will be unable to fully shield the kind of woman you hanker for.
He was a dirty immigrant, so I do not understand how he did something positive.
The wall has boobs too.
Bill to ban microbeads in soap advances
Where in the constitution does it authorize them to do this?
Plus, it's scary as hell that the bill is *conscious*.
I need to set up a bot that answers "Because FYTW" to any question like this.
Commerce Clause, duh.
There isn't one but....there should be. The USC needs to be changed so that the government can properly ameliorate pollution.
The Watermelon clause.
I think we ought to add an amendment banning that "homemade soap" cocaine stuff as well. Nobody needs microbeads or homemade soap.
Today BBC joins the rank of racist pants-shitters.
St Denis umoved by Paris attacks. Local residents don't give a fuck about terrorism, because so many people die in Syria and Palestine. Not mentioned: lack of 5 Euro an hour, 20hrs/week jobs they can be fired from at will.

Blame the BBC for misleading link headline (though the full headline of the article is more correct).
And it does say "Honduras Syrians", not "Honduran Syrians." I've learned long ago that the Headline Tongue in UK is its own language, which despises English grammar in all its forms.
British journalistic standards general literacy, especially in comparative (to the United States) terms, is abysmal. Their newspapers read like prepubescent Chinese kids learning to troll on the Internet.
Oh, the irony! *Standards AND general literacy.

In the first link, the relativism is sickening.
Huh. Funny that there no mention that the people doing the killing in Syria and in Paris are the same crowd.
The BBC is a hotbed of authoritarian, socialistic, relativistic retardation. I keep my distance.
What do you mean by 'the same crowd'? The Paris folks were all Parisians except one guy.
Please never again attempt to link any other socialist with the atrocities committed by Soviet or Chicom socialists. After all, they're totally different crowds.

When is an ISIS agent not an ISIS agent?

arrest of the country's former former national security adviser
Does that make him the current one, or the 2nd to last one?
Nice catch!
The only way you can stop being a "former" is to return to being the "current". It's going to get messy when he retires again.
The Federal Reserve may raise interest rates in December.
Which is exactly what the fed does when you can hear a pin drop in U.S. ports.
Economists are divided as to whether the peak season slump signals a short-term hiccup for the U.S. economy, or marks the start of a sustained period of weakness.
Give it a year, then fire the ones who guessed wrong.
These "economists" are no better than the old stock market prediction scam:
Send out 10000 fliers to potential nvestors, half of them predict the market goes up, half that it goes down.
After a couple weeks, send 5000 fliers to the half that you got right. This time also half predicting up half down.
Do this say 3 times then send a flier to the remaining 1250 investors. This time tell them that you can't give them any more advice until they send you a check for 100 dollars.
Hey, NYDN! Go piss up a flagpole!

I like this idea. Let him buy the Bulls and make the people of Chicago pay for inflicting him on America.
Looks like Bernie is finally delivering that address on "Democratic Socialism" tomorrow at my school. The leftists here are already walking around with boners for the man.
Be sure to mention how the last thing America needs is another old white man in charge every single time you are around them.
And then be charged with violating their "safe space"
If you actually get that at some point, kick the fucker who throws it at you in the balls, tell him to man the fuck up, and challenge him to a wrestling match.
If you actually get that at some point, kick the fucker who throws it at you in the balls, tell him to man the fuck up, and challenge him to a wrestling match.
You might rephrase it:
"I am reserving my vote for an oppressed person of color and/or vagina, so I can't vote for the old commie. Sorry."
Eeeeewww!
And welcome to H&R, doc. This your first post?
I post every now and then but am looking to be a more active H&R member.
For some reason that scares me.
...though I'm prepared to eat crow.
Well, this is probably the place to come for crow recipes.
I've found that you just have to brine the fuck out of them for them to edible at all.
Back in the day when crows survived primarily on farmer Brown's corn it wasn't so bad. Unfortunately the crows have switched to roadkill these days. Eating crow aint what it used to be...
Probably just the fear gas.
You are supposed to hide your mental illness on here.
Just throw out some "Corona Light is the best beer in the world" chum out there and they will fall for it every time.
"Corona Light is the best beer in the world"
Do you circumcise deep dish pizzas with the hands you used to type those words?
Heh.
He said "member".
Let the inanity commence.
Officials at Yellowstone National Park want to kill 1,000 bison this year, mostly females ands calves.
Sooooo, does this mean there'll be bison veal on the market soon?
Bison is some good eats. And they make cool rugs too.
Heck no. Do you think they're going to sell that?
Every taxpayer gets a small portion when they file their taxes this year?
That would be awesome.
Then again, I can't swing a dead cat without hitting a restaurant here that sells a bison burger, so...
Cat, like crow, needs a shitload of brining to be edible.
I'll have to take your word for it, not having had either.
Yum.
"Officials at Yellowstone National Park want to kill 1,000 bison this year, mostly females ands calves."
This is another example of why the government should not be trusted to preserve our natural resources.
The reason they cull bison is to protect cattle on federal lands around Yellowstone that are leased to ranchers for cheap grazing.
So many people imagine that the purpose of the National Park Service, the BLM, Fish and Wildlife Service, etc. is to protect our natural resources from commercial interests like ranchers, but we live in a pluralistic democracy and that means that our politicians and bureaucracies don't just serve the interests of environmentalists and conservationists. Our politicians and bureaucracies also serve the interests of ranchers and others whose interests are in direct conflict with environmentalism and conservation.
That's the great thing about private property! The only interests that matter are those of the people who own it. It's true that environmentalists and conservationists might decide that they need to cull bison populations from time to time for the good of the herd, too--the question environmentalists and conservationists should be asking themselves is who they would rather were making those decisions: bureaucracies that are overseen by politicians who are beholden to ranchers as well as conservationists? Or private landholding charities that are funded and, thus, only beholden to people who care about conservation?
Yeah Ken. There are few bigger welfare queens than the Western Ranchers. I hate those fuckers.
It should be obvious, too, that if they're doing things like this with something as emotional and symbolic as the last of the pure wild bison herd (those which haven't been crossbred with domestic cattle to make them docile), then they must be doing the same thing with other natural resources that generate far fewer headlines.
I can document the same agencies doing the same sorts of things with everything from our wild Mustang population to the California sea otter.
http://www.outsideonline.com/1.....tters-here
The Fish and Wildlife service killed protected sea otters by moving them out of the Sea Otter Exclusion Zone to protect the sushi/uni industry. Sea Otters have ravenous appetites, and their favorite food is sea urchin. Urchins are also responsible for the environmental devastation of our kelp forests off of California, and when the otters were trapped almost to extinction, the demise of those kelp forests all but crushed the fisheries. And the Fish and Wildlife service was protecting invasive sea urchins from protected Sea Otters!
Save our endangered species, by all means, but please save them from the federal agencies that are charged with protecting them.
Memo to environmentalists:
There's this thing called rent-seeking.
Not only was this kind of behavior foreseeable, it was also foreseen.
Sincerely,
Libertarians Everywhere
No such thing. Any horse on the NA continent is feral, period. There hasn't been a true wild horse in NA for 10,000 years.
You know what I'm talkin' about.
Mr. Nitpick
It's not really a nitpick. Feral invasive species need to be controlled; it is not remotely the same situation as with the bison.
The thing I was saying was the same was the failure of the government to protect these resources--I wasn't saying the species themselves are all the same in every way.
I can dig up articles quoting BLM sources responding to questions about why Mustangs are being rounded up with the answer that wild horses, unlike ranchers, don't pay grazing fees.
Those who imagine that natural resources controlled by the BLM (and other government agencies) are protected just because they're administered by the government are horribly mistaken.
Besides, everyone knows you can only carry 250 pounds of meat back to the wagon.
Hah. Boost your STR and wash down some Buffout with a Beer.
"...but we live in a pluralistic democracy and that means that our politicians and bureaucracies don't just serve the interests of environmentalists and conservationists."
You say that like it's a bad thing.
To environmentalists and conservationists who imagine that the government owning environmentally sensitive land and resources means those resources are protected, it is a bad thing.
Stop squandering taxpayer money on agencies that are advertised as protecting our natural resources from commercial interests, but whose real purpose is just as much to protect our natural resources from environmentalists and conservationists.
Many of the long terms threats to our natural resources couldn't sustain themselves if it weren't for interference and help of the federal government. When people who are using government land for extremely reduced rates or free complain that their operations couldn't survive without the assistance of agencies like the BLM, environmentalists should believe them.
And yet who is it that's always clamoring for the government to "protect" more and more land?
I've always wondered, "reduced rates", compared to what?
Compared to what they'd have to pay on the open market for grazing fees.
we live in a pluralistic democracy
For our sins, this is unfortunately correct.
WHERE MY REPUBLIC GONE?!?!
*lights cigar with 1/2 the Constitution, wipes ass with other half*
In addition to being a republic, it is also a pluralistic democracy.
It's just that it's not only a republic--it is also a democracy.
I suppose I should say, "It's no exclusively a democracy; it's a republic".
What are you, a lawyer?!
The BLM and the Fish and Game are crooks, in my personal experience. My father was an outfitter here for some time, and the Fish and Game took him to court no less than three times. Each time, he won (by his onesies, without a lawyer) because their claims were borderline retarded.
They may have just wanted to discourage him out of the business.
Their budget to hassle your dad is virtually unlimited, but people like your dad can't afford to spend their whole lives in court.
That is very likely, Ken. Luckily, they were not successful, and he retired just last year after about two decades of successful hunting seasons.
I know I haven't been around that much lately, but one of the (many) reasons is that I've started training for a half marathon. I'm doing a charity run for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation (long time commenters will probably remember that I've had UC since junior high including several years on prednisone and a week on post-surgery morphine). I'm just beginning the fundraising for the race. If you're willing to donate to this cause, I would really appreciate it, and my fundraising page is here. (I'll probably post this in the AM links once as well, for the early morning folks)
Good luck with your training, Auric! And with your fundraising as well. Look forward to welcoming you to Club 13.1.
Good on ya. I threw some bucks at your fundraising page.
I know a number of people who suffer from UC, and I will send this link around.
Best of luck!
Good for you, and good luck.
A 10k is about as much as I can handle, so I do admire your perseverance.
Thanks for running for my colon.
Good luck, Auric! I admire your dedication regarding your training--even if I only run when being chased by dinosaurs, zombies, or T-1000s.
Speaking of half-marathons, check out this fiasco:

"There's a whole conservative world out there that's not being very nice," Ameer said.
Stick it up your ass, honey.
Actually we are being very nice right now you stupid cunt. Keep your social justice bullshit up and see what happens.
does this mean there'll be bison veal on the market soon?
Just on the "res".
It goes to the injuns, per treaty.
Who will then sell it at a profit probably.
Let's hope so. Seriously, why not?
Doubtful. The folks on the reservations around here aren't too terribly concerned about making money.
They gots to have something to buy all that FireWater, don't they?
Not every student goes in for safe-space, PC bullcrap:
A student-government type at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio didn't like the prolife demonstrators who demonstrate on the city-owned sidewalks which go through the private campus. So the campus politico suggested that the college should buy the sidewalks from the city.
This proposal was answered by three "no"s.
A student government committee rejected the idea - "In evaluation of the proposal the committee determined that while the intent of the proposal addressed a pertinent issue among our students, in action the proposal did not align with our values of diversity and commitment to campus dialogue of opposing views," student government president Carrie Coisman said."
Westerville rejected the idea: ""Public sidewalks are public infrastructure and generally they don't go up for sale the same way private property would or a house might go up for sale," said Christa Dickey, community affairs administrator for the city of Westerville."
And the university issued this statement: ""We respect the rights of any group who wishes to share and express their opinions on public property and encourage our students to either engage in debate; ignore it; or learn the process that takes place between debates and protesting.""
Three strikes - yer out!
Yeah, that shits not gonna fly in Westerville.

I'm not a chemist. What substance which can be fit into a twelve ounce soda can packs enough energy to knock the tail off a commercial airliner, in flight?
Fanta.

This?
My white privilege allowed me to view that even though I am way too white and way too uncool.
That was fantastic.
Family! Family!

Trinitrotolulene. It is difficult to make because it is borderline stable, but it can be done at home. I would never try it because it is dangerous as hell but I don't think that matters to the guys who did this.
Inside a pressurized aircraft at high altitude where the outside pressure is low it wouldn't take much to rupture the craft and bring it down.
Holy Shit,
That's where all the Fresca went.
Seems legit.
Self-delusion is just so precious.
Katherine Timpf - would
She's near the top of my fuckit list.
Read up on Sweden if you want to know what motivated him.
They want to come here, take all of her stuff, make fuck toys out of her children, rape her and then cut her throat and the stupid, stupid bitch is welcoming them with open arms.
And- regarding the buffalo "cull":
It amazes me, for some reason, that the buffalo are not rounded up, tested for brucellosis and any other disqualifying ailments, and then AUCTIONED OFF TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. On the hoof.
MY theory is the Park Service cannot retain the money raised and plow it back into Park operations, so they just say, "Fuck it."
I think there's an Indian treaty in the mix.
We should look into exterminating those little, meddling fuckers.
I know, you let one or two treaties survive, and before you know it, you have hundreds of treaties all over the place.
NPS staff are generally very nice. Exterminating them seems a bit harsh.
The Red Man is guaranteed ~300 head. What they'll do with the rest, I can't even guess.
Clinton Goes after Laugh Factory Comedians for Making Fun of Her
well come on no one has the right to mock a politician and get away with it!
Obviously Mr. Masada is corrupting the purity of our political discourse by making this campaign contribution to Clinton's enemies...er, opponents.
Nice comedy show you got there... It would be a shame if some of your performers were to disappear.
Actually, the video itself was so terrible I was sympathising with the desire to take it down.
Rolled up in a carpet and left in a park?
I think there's an Indian treaty in the mix.
I'm pretty sure the herd at this point would support both the indian hunt and an additional reduction of numbers. There are a lot of weird political forces acting on the herd, but national parks apparently can't engage in self-funding activities. All their revenue apparently has to go back to DC. Then they go beg for some of it back.
PM Trudeau commits to lifting visa requirements for Mexicans.
He's not all bad.
I tend to believe this sort of story is full of exaggerations, but none of what she wrote strains credulity.

Tmothy McVeigh is the only terrorist executed by the US? I'm pretty sure Bin Laden and everyone we launched a Hellfire at from afar would beg to differ.

But he'll be dead, and Tundra will make sure it goes on the tombstone, so what can she do?
The big question answered: for everybody who wonders about the proper name for a carbonated non-alcoholic beverage, that definitely is not a soft drink can or a soda can - that's a pop can.

I though he was dead ?
Russian military conscripts, with few exceptions, are treated like slaves in the early stages of their service. I'm sure it'll be a well-motivated, highly trained force. I can already hear ISIS commanders shitting themselves in their huts.
Maybe two evils will cancel each other out?
That could explain my so many US Muslims live in the Northern Midwest.
