Brickbat: First-Rate Care

The Brevard County, Florida, fire department has fired firefighter and paramedic Kenneth Hallenbeck after he was caught on video dumping a cancer patient from a gurney to a hospital floor. Hallenbeck had asked the man to get out of the gurney. The patient refused because a bed wasn't ready for him. This apparently angered Hallenbeck, who overturned the gurney.

I guess Hallenbeck showed him there was.
Sounds like how the hospital treated my mother. Even though she couldn't walk, the hospital would discharge her because the insurance wouldn't pay for any more days.
So my father and I would have to carry her to the car.
Paramedics acting like cops. Wow, who would've guessed that would happen? Well, at least this asshole lost his job and was charged.
What kind of a dickbag dumps a fucking CANCER PATIENT onto the floor?
Roberts.
Nobody else even try. This is the threadwinner.
Brava!
*stands to applaud*
On the plus side, Hallenbeck now has a nice video resume for the Brevard County Police dept.
Florida never disappoints.
I suppose if Paul Ryan ever runs again, you can expect a commercial with his face superimposed.
Well if he didn't need hospital treatment before, he sure does now
If this is what passes for Hospital treatment, I don't think he wants it.
Well now he'll be able to afford private care
If he had had a badge, nothing else would have happened.
HATE CRIME!
That photo brings back memories. We watched that show religiously when I was a kid.
The coolest alarm/alert sound evah!
