Supreme Court Blocks Part of Texas Abortion Law
Had resulted in the closing of many facilities in the state
The Supreme Court on Tuesday blocked key parts of a 2013 law in Texas that had closed all but eight facilities providing abortions in America's second most-populous state.
In an unsigned order, the justices sided with abortion rights advocates and health care providers in suspending an Oct. 2 ruling by a panel of the New Orleans-based U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that Texas could immediately apply a rule making abortion clinics statewide spend millions of dollars on hospital-level upgrades.
The court also put on hold a separate provision of the law only as it applies to clinics in McAllen and El Paso that requires doctors at the facilities to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals. The admitting privileges remains in effect elsewhere in Texas.
Justices Samuel Alito, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas said they would have ruled against the clinics in all respects.

Every sperm is sacred, having (each and every ONE of them!) a Government-Almighty-Standard-Issued-SACRED-SOUL, and SCOTUS cannot SEE that?!?!?! POTUS needs to STOMP the hell outta SCOTUS and TEACH THEM A LESSON, but Intergalactic Emperor Obozo is WAY unlikely to step up to the plate, here, and do His Sacred Duty... I suspect that He HATES sperm cells, is what is going on, heah... He is BIASED! PREDU-MA-DISSED, even!!!!
My POTUS can beat the ever-livin' CRAP outta yer SCOTUS! Even WHILE He is having coitus with yer SCOTUS, AND with 17 of His 18 tentacles tied behind His 12-chambered gizzard! So THERE!!!
that's a pretty crappy straw man argument. I mean, a sperm will not become a human being. An egg will not become a human being. Once an egg is fertilized, however, those multiplying cells will develop into a human being. There are other reasons why abortion may be moral and there actually is an interesting debate going on as to when a person begins to have rights or if abortion satisfies proportionality when exercising a woman's right to own her body considering options like adoption or eviction once the baby has reached viability.

Does Planned Parenthood offer gift certificates for abortions?
If not, why not?
I've always wondered about a rewards card
Like "frequent flier" miles?
How about mottoes?
"No fetus can beat-us!"
"You rape 'em, we scrape 'em."
