Shikha Dalmia on the Golden State's New Sexual Content Law

What is it about sex that causes grown people to cook up myths and lies to control it? Moms used to tell little boys that masturbation would make them blind. Now feminists are telling everyone that California's new sexual consent law—that'll criminalize sex on American campuses—will make sex safer and better?
Neither is the case, argues Reason Foundation Senior Analyst Shikha Dalmia. The law will undermine the gains made by women after the sexual revolution but won't protect them from predatory men.
