BOSTON – Federal prosecutors and lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (joh-HAHR' tsahr-NEYE'-ehv) are feuding over the defense's bid to move the trial outside Massachusetts.
Tsarnaev's lawyers have asked to move the trial to Washington, D.C. They say a survey of potential voters shows fewer people there have made up their minds on his guilt.
