Gun Control Activists March Across the Brooklyn Bridge Demanding Action
Here's one sanctimonious cunt's screed:
I'm beyond sick of the argument. I was a moderate on this issue. i grew up with guns and learned to shoot without a thought. But people have proven that, for whatever reason, they cannot handle them. Maybe we're just an insane nation. I would call a group of 20-30 people heavily armed with assault rifles a militia. that's what they look like to me. And they aren't regulated. There is something wrong with this country, and until we parse out what it is, we have proven we cannot have guns anymore. It's a lot like the kid in class who misbehaves and everyone loses out on the field trip. And let's also be realistic about one more thing. People who are pushing so hard for guns after first-graders are murdered, and shooting at mannequins dressed as women, and hating women because of the moms' gun organization, are wanting a revolution. a war. An overthrow of government. So it's isn't so much about gun ownership anymore. Not like it used to be.
I'm amazed by the pitch progressive hysteria has risen to on this subject given that America's murder rate is currently very low.
At a time when we have the lowest crime rate since the 1950's, why has it suddenly become imperative that we ban firearms?
why has it suddenly become imperative that we ban firearms?
Oh, I think you know why.
We could drop down to the point that there are only a handful of gun incidents yearly, and your chance of ever being hurt or killed in this way infinitesmally small. Yet the press would still play up each incident as they do now, making it seem like you can't walk out your front door because some disturbed misogynist kid with an "arsenal" will shoot you.
Nitwits like the poster above believe we are in an unprecedented pandemic of gun violence, because they only get mainstream news which gins up every single case. Except, of course, if the killer is a member of a protected class instead of the tea party anti-tax 'nut' they wished it had been, in which case they quickly move on to another story.
*Sigh* A girl can dream.
Hey, I noticed just last month when I had to file the quarterlies that SF's state building was under siege.
Well, it was really ten or twelve people holding signs for free shit, but it COULD have been a right-wing attack! Really, it could have been.
What do you want to bet, that this fool thinks ayers, is a swell guy?
It's a lot like the kid in class who misbehaves and everyone loses out on the field trip.
It was fucking bullshit when "authority" did that when we were in elementary school and it's fucking bullshit now. Oh, and fuck that cunt for wanting to punish other people because she holds such a dim view of humanity.
I too hold a dim view of humanity, which is why I own guns.
Shrieking harpies. It's funny how some people are so stupid that they want to take away their own rights.
But make no mistake, a shrieking harpy never stops shrieking. When they get what they want, they will shriek about the unintended consequences, and they will shriek louder than anyone else.
I can see the 11 eastern time pitch bombed, but hey:

The gunt on ol' Jersey Fats has its own moon.
Christie was funnier than Fallon.
Most inanimate objects are funnier than Fallon.
Thank you, Reason! At Fox, they won't even let Father's Day be about Fathers! It's part of the War on Men. And oh yeah, "Yay! Go military! Yay!"
