Even Poor Families May Pay Thousands in Obamacare Taxes
Nearly $7,000 over a decade
I've always been curious to know just how the hefty tax burden would be distributed across the remaining households. So I've done some rough calculations that provide some very interesting answers to that question. Even the lowest income families (earning less than about $19,000 in 2012) will be on the hook for nearly $7,000 in Obamacare taxes over the decade that started last year.
