Federal Court Rules NC Pro-Life License Plates Unconstitutional
Because there are no vanity plates for the other side
North Carolina's anti-abortion license plate is unconstitutional because the state doesn't provide the same forum for motorists on the other side of the contentious issue, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.
A three-judge panel of the Richmond-based 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously upheld a federal judge's ruling that the "Choose Life" license plate is unconstitutional.

If states have to issue special-interest license plates, and that's a big "if," NC should do what VA does and issue both pro-life and pro-choice license plates.
If government got out of the abortion business and privatized it (a la free market abortion) then I would lump pro-life tags in with any Marxist or pro-union tags ie ones that go against capitalism and job creation, meaning there would be no marxist, pro-union or pro-life tags.
I once saw a car with a pro-life tag trying to find a parking space. He deserved to have his time wasted.
