Mike Huckabee May Be Mulling 2016 Presidential Run

Dined with RNC members

When members of the Republican National Committee gather for lunch Thursday at their annual winter meeting, they'll dine with a person who hasn't been an active member in the GOP's national politics for several years: former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.

The preacher turned politician won the 2008 Iowa caucuses with his socially conservative message, but then flamed out as his campaign failed to raise enough money to compete in the more expensive early states. After that, he traded his political career in for punditry, hosting a Fox News show and a talk radio program that he ended last year. The move has many speculating that Huckabee is gearing up for another presidential run, and he seems content to fan the flames.

  1. Huckabee: RINO garbage.

  2. Yet another RINO that claims to support freedom and liberty yet espouses policies antithetical to those natural rights. Hopefully his campaign goes nowhere once again.

Yet another big government anti liberty candidate whom calls themselves a republican will be pushed to the top like Romney was. It was sad how many fell for Romney, whom if had a D before his name would have been labeled a socialist by republican pundits. Romney accomplished more to restrict individual rights to self defense through anti gun legislation than even the Current administration and congress. To top it off, the guy was all for government run medicine and implemented it in Massachusetts. His “repeal and replace” was just as anti market and pro cronyism as the affordable care act is.
