Governor Cuomo threatened Bill de Blasio's dream of raising taxes on the wealthiest New Yorkers today, and the Post reports the mayor quickly found another way to take revenge on the rich. According to the city's map of snow plow activity, streets in the Upper East Side are being plowed less frequently, if at all. "He is trying to get us back.
