Utah Police Officer Kills Family, then Self
Wife, two children and mother-in-law in Spanish Forks
Police on Friday were investigating a quadruple murder-suicide overnight in Spanish Fork in which it appears a Lindon police officer shot his wife, their two children, his mother-in-law and then himself.
Spanish Fork Police Chief Steve Adams said the man believed to have done the shooting, 34-year-old Joshua Boren, had not shown up for work on Thursday night, prompting his worried commander to call SFPD to go to his home.
