Taiwan Won't Allow Bitcoin ATMs

Financial Supervisory Commission doesn't think the cryptocurrency is a currency

Tseng Ming-chung's statement was reported yesterday by the Central News Agency (link via Google Translate), Taiwan's state-run news service.
