DC Cop Accused of Prostituting Teenage Girls Arrested
Search for missing teen led to his apartment
A longtime D.C. police officer accused of prostituting teenage girls was arrested Wednesday after a week-long investigation that began when the search for a missing 16-year-old girl led police to his apartment.
New details provided in documents filed at Officer Linwood Barnhill Jr.'s first court appearance say he met that girl at a shopping mall and a second at a bus stop, and recruited them as models before arranging for them to meet older men for trysts costing up to $80.
