Aaron Albright Appointed as New Spokesman For Healthcare.gov

Current spokesman Brian Cook reportedly moving to New York

As the Obama administration struggles with messaging on the Affordable Care Act, one agency tasked with implementing the law – and responding to media inquiries about HealthCare.gov – is getting a new spokesperson.

Former House Democratic staffer Aaron Albright is joining the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as director of media relations on Monday, a source said. Albright confirmed to POLITICO that he has taken the job.
