By means of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), President Obama is making a vigorous international push that has the potential to shift economic power dynamics, rewrite intellectual property laws, establish new labor and environmental regulations, and affect the authority of Congress. And, the White House hopes to have all this sorted out by the end of this year. Zenon Evans argues that although it is presented as a "free trade agreement," the TPP has little to do with tade and works contrary to freedom.
