WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Democratic official says President Barack Obama has decided to allow the sale of canceled individual health insurance policies to existing customers, part of a plan to satisfy public discontent with "Obamacare."
Obama set a late morning White House announcement.

Did someone crown this guy king when I was sleeping last night? Because as I understand the law, he cannot unilaterally do this.
What good does he think that will do? They are already canceled! That is like saying "okay, I know owning a Rhino is illegal but, I will let you own a pet black rhino out of the kindness of my heart, I can personally decide which law people have to follow", "Oh they are extinct?, well still I am allowing it, never forget how generous I am"
