Site rollout has been a bit of a disaster
President Obama will speak on the Affordable Care Act at 11:35 a.m. Thursday, the White House said in updated guidance.
The announcement of the president's remarks come after House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that the president plans to offer his fix Thursday for the law's cancellation problems.

What, by royal decree? Goddamit, does this guy realize he isn't king?
Hey, you Rethuglicans are just worried that this is the speech he makes that fixes everything.
The saving grace here is the fact that, as predictable, our apparatchiks are running smack into the knowledge problem that fucks every central planner.
O'care is fucked for that reason, and the fact that it was rammed through.
I'm pretty confident that Obo the First will fuck up the 'fix' for the same reason.
What's he gonna do, tell the IT guys to just add that to hiw wonderful web site?
