Inmate Steals Car, Escapes From Work Release Program in Louisiana
Not the first one from the jail to do so
Another inmate escaped from a work release program in St. Tammany Parish this weekend.
The Chimes Restaurant in Covington confirms that a work release inmate employed by the restaurant stole a car and escaped on Friday night while at work.
