Obama Says He's "Not Happy" About Obamacare Site Problems
Takes full responsibility for fixes
BOSTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama says he "not happy" about the problems with his health care website and takes "full responsibility" for resolving the issues.
Obama is speaking in Massachusetts, which has a state law that was the model for the federal health care overhaul. The president cited early problems with the Massachusetts law as he tried to lower expectations for the initial enrollment in the federal system.
