Records show it took just 10 seconds for a 24-year veteran of a California's sheriff department to decide to open fire and kill an 8th grade boy carrying a harmless but spot-on replica of an AK-47 assault rifle.

The timeline of the incident was released by authorities on Thursday as outrage mounted in the blue-collar, Santa Rosa neighborhood where the boy was shot.

The anti-gun liberals are to blame for this, the fact they use fear-mongering tactics resulted in someone calling the police while this kid was carrying his pellet gun to a friend's house. However, I cannot speak as to what happened when the police arrived and stopped this kid which let to the incident resulting in the young man's death.

The point is that hyper-vigilantism propagated by the anti-gun folks made the situation what it was.

The deputies yelled at the kid to drop the gun as he was walking away from them. When the kid turned around (people have a habit of turning to look when you yell at them) the deputy shot him seven times.
