Cyber War Waged By North Korea Cost South Korea $500 Million
More than 6,000 cyber attacks since 2010
North Korea's cyberattacks against South Korea have cost the country more than half a billion pounds, according to a member of the South's national congress.
Citing data from the country's defence ministry, Representative Chung Hee-soo revealed that the most recent wave of cyber attacks alone, which started on 20 March and ended on 25 June, caused 800 billion won (£470m) of economic damage.
