Rush Limbaugh Defends Ted Cruz
Not everyone in the Republican Party is as enthusiastic
Rush Limbaugh on Thursday defended Sen. Ted Cruz and other leaders of the defund Obamacare effort against the Republican establishment that he said is "still hell-bent on demolishing and discrediting the tea party."
The conservative commentariat is now peddling the narrative "that the [Sen.] Mike Lee and Ted Cruz defund strategy was delusional," Limbaugh told his listeners. The Republican establishment is calling the defund Obamacare effort "dangerous, risky, and unnecessary," Limbaugh said, and in doing so is trying to destroy anyone who supported it.
