I have to give you credit Matt. I couldn't go on air with those clowns without turning to a complete asshole. You are a patient man.

    1. sarcasmic   12 years ago

Dude, you can't get up in the morning without turning into a complete asshole!

      1. John   12 years ago

Well, I did go to law school. So it is not like I don't have formal training or anything. But I guess maybe epic asshole as opposed to my usual complete asshole.

  2. Rich   12 years ago

Please don't forget to surface the idea of mandatory background checks to have children.

    Break a leg, Matt.

  3. Fist of Etiquette   12 years ago

Welch is as far right as MSNBC is willing to invite on one of their shows.

    1. John   12 years ago

To them it is like inviting the Grand Wizard of the KKK.

      1. sarcasmic   12 years ago

Those dastardly libertarians, wanting to impose liberty on people! How dare they?!?

        1. John   12 years ago

The only people like Welch criticize Obama is because they can't handle a black man as President. You know that. Reason never cared about deficits and the drug war and the NSA when Bush was in office. Now they care so much when a black man is President?

  4. Ted S.   12 years ago

I will be on MSNBC's Jansing & Co.

Consistently call her Chris Kapostasy and see how she reacts. (That was her birth name, and the one she used when she was working at the NBC affiliate in Albany, NY.)

    1. BakedPenguin   12 years ago

Well, she did marry a guy named Jansing.

      1. DJF   12 years ago

Ask her why she is following the patriarchies rules?

        1. BakedPenguin   12 years ago

Admittedly (to Ted's point), it was to further her career, so she gets to keep her feminist cred.

  5. VG Zaytsev   12 years ago

    Matt's parroting beltway bubble bs.

    Disappointing but predictable.

    1. VG Zaytsev   12 years ago

"You don't want to be on the wrong side of the 72% number" (bullshit push poll)

      Seriously Matt WTF????

  6. VG Zaytsev   12 years ago

Did you get the job Matt?
Please tell me you're not Weigilizing for free.

    1. Matt Welch   12 years ago

We've been over this, VG, but I think Republicans, and our Wacko Bird friends in particular, played a good hand badly. I'll write up a long post further explaining my reasoning on that later.

      1. VG Zaytsev   12 years ago

        Ok, Still love ya man.
