Twitter Filing for IPO
Twitter tweeted it
Twitter has just announced on its official Twitter page, "We've confidentially submitted an S-1 to the SEC for a planned IPO. This Tweet does not constitute an offer of any securities for sale." Investors will be paying close attention, especially following Facebook's much-hyped and ultimately botched IPO last year.
