Jeb Bush Blasts Matt Damon for Sending Kids to Private School
He gets to choose; why can't everybody?
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) on Wednesday criticized actor Matt Damon, a vocal public-school advocate, for sending his children to private school.
In a weekend interview with The Guardian, Damon, who recently relocated his family from New York to Los Angeles, said the L.A. public school system didn't offer the kind of "progressive education" he wanted for his kids.
