The U.S. Department of Education says it will look into a "Redneck Day" celebration held by Queen Creek High School in Arizona. Critics say one student wore a Confederate flag to the event and that created a racially hostile atmosphere.
The department will update its training to remind officers that citizens should not be arrested for exercising their First Amendment rights.
