A former U.S. senator from New Hampshire had an email exchange with Edward Snowden, the controversial man who made public programs used by the U.S. government to monitor cellphone and Internet activity.
Gordon Humphrey, of Chichester, wrote an email to Snowden praising his actions, The Guardian newspaper, based in Britain, reported Tuesday.
